i've been m.i.a. but i'm back!!
been around the world (yea yea yea)
sort of. after my internship finished i went to
israel
and
sweden.

after life at CESEM, classes at NU are going to be a breeze.

only a couple of weeks left in france
trying to enjoy paris as much as i can
going to israel and sweden before i head back to the US
i need of serious tan before summer ends

USA got the COUPE D'AMBIANCE!!!!


honestly when leann announced it, we were staring at each other like what did she say?
"we are clearly not going to win" says in our ibwe movie. (which won 1st place because of the amazing g.'s direction)
with just 16 people, we beat all the european schools some of who came with over 120 students
woot woooot

there's still a high beeep in my ear, my muscles are sore and my toe's still busted but i'm still burstin boys noize because am still on ibwe high. can't wait for next year's ibwe!

been a while.

update:
theres this internship that rules my life from 9 to 18 30 every weekday of my life
the construction guys have finally removed themselves from outside my window
got to see my mum for a week and got to eat really good food everynight during the week she was here
met up with leann nathalia and mj in london
which is a nice city but a the metro system sucks and it's really expensive
made me realize how much i like paris
going to venice/bibione for ibwe next weekend, soooo excited

i really like spring

creativity

i feel as if with each day whatever creativity and imagination i have left is getting sucked out of me.
apparently steady jobs tend to do that to you...
steady jobs that of course, require no skill, creativity, or even thinking whatsoever
(i.e. my internship)

starting to think more about what i want to do after college.
there are so many directions i'm considering
>going to korea, learning korean while teaching english and look for job at a fashion magazine in seoul
>do peace corp like i said i would back in spring of 05
>work somewhere in the states till i pay off my loans
>do/learn film or photography, continuing a bit while longer the suffering of starving broke student
>get masters

all in all, i basically have no idea what i want to do with my life
ever since i started college, every class taken or internships worked taught me things i don't want to do... life would be a hell lot more easier if i just found what i want to do instead.

on a happier note
i have a something cubic meters worth of space that i call my home (though temporary as usual) in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, my mum's coming to visit in less than a week, finally getting curtains this weekend, my cooking's improved a lot, i'm going to london soon, and first payday is tomorrow. happiness for me now to be short term... where the long term happiness at?

loving and savoring the weekends.
the weeks go by fairly quickly because there's so much to do at work.
fashion week is finally over, thank goodness
i got to see couple of shows and presentations
but overall, work sucks.















louis showed me around paris yesterday though i can't remember most of the places we went. got an exclusive music video clip to release but gotta get permission first.

mum and her friend is coming to visit soon which i'm excited about since i haven't seen any member of the fam since september! honestly, i'm secretly hoping she spoils me a bit when she's here.

the apartment is still in the works so no pictures yet, i have plastic over my windows because haven't got around to getting curtains. there's a lot this closet i live in is missing, but i'm only here for 5 more months anyway.

I found a store that sells kimchi, ramen, myulchi and other stuff today :) though sold in small amounts, i'm really happy because after watching korean tv programs featuring amazing korean food i haven't had in what feels like a decade, i seriously stopped eating the stuff in my fridge because they just didn't look appetizing to me anymore. oh yea, i'm trying to learn korean again, and my conversation with the woman in the store was mostly in korean! ::proud::

oy what a single girl to do in paris?
group together with northeasterners abroad in paris of course :)
it's a bit cold to get too drunk
but once the spring and summer arrives, it's partaay time

been obsessed with this damned kdrama that gina introduced me to
work is crazy right now but only because it's fashion week
missing ny and boston like crazy but i need to get to know paris
this friday couldn't come any faster
